    I did not receive my package so contacted the seller. The seller refunded me without issue so on that basis, a good experience with this seller. Perhaps less of a good experience with the delivery company

    Excellent communication. Royal Mail are SO slow at the moment and when I got a message from Natalia asking if my item had arrived, I had to respond that it had not. Considering the paltry cost of the item (very good value) I was impressed she took such care to ensure I would received it. Just as she was about to send me a free replacement, it arrived. Not her fault, but the mail's. Proper customer care is rare, and is much appreciated.

    This item was dispatched quickly but appears to have got lost in the post. The seller sent out a replacement immediately which arrived the next day. Only criticism - was just in a cardboard box with no outer covering so if left out in the rain on the doorstep, the paper would have been ruined. Excellent price and speedy delivery - thank you!
