I have no idea why someone would do that. Well, the item never arrived and the coincidence of it being shipped with no tracking and never arriving makes me wonder if they ever had the item in the first place or to whom they may have shipped it (sold it twice?). When mailing the item he failed to get a tracking number receipt. The item was mailed, I do not like losing sales, but with no tracking number the only option was refund the money. It seems quite drastic to give me a negative for not receiving the item and receiving a full refund Because you have an opinion on mailing I should receive .a negative.
