  I placed an order for a few side/tea plates, and sadly one was broken prior to delivery, but this seller informed me immediately and substituted another plate at no cost. I wholeheartedly recommend this seller who has many and varied big name pottery products and great value prices. Appearance and quality as described and great quality.   This lovely little gravy boat arrived safely, well packed and exactly what i was expecting from the picture and description.   Great seller. Efficient postal. Plates were exactly as described and appeared in photos. Very pleased with sellers efforts of wrapping items in paper along with lots of great bubble wrap. The plates arrived without any damage whatsoever.
