Reached out to seller which provided a reasonable explanation. Stuff happens, I get it. The fan hub was adhered to the outside of the box. I didn’t expect that. But it is on the box in the listing picture. I literally had to pull and peel it off which meant I had to find and replace the double sided tape. Product 100% working and all pieces there. I would buy from again. Thank you, D.

On the seller's description for Shipping, he stated he would take two days for handling for shipping out the items. I paid & bought the items on May 05th and received the items on May 15th. The seller location is in New York & my location is in Maryland & it is only taking 3 days the most to receive the package from USPS. The sellers dropped off the package @ the Post-Office 6-7 days after I paid. Trying to contact the seller but he responded after 3-4 days.
