  I reached out to seller with a complaint on packaging. He responded quickly and we agreed to a resolution. I give him 5 stars for customer service. Packaging will be more suitable to this product in the future!

  After reading reviews I went ahead and took a chance at these saddles. Seller was good with response but not always honest. I was told it will look exactly like picture but leather colors would of been different but seller sent me pictures before shipment and him fix it but still not exactly like picture.i paid for wood tree wrapped in rawhide but was told they wrapped in suede. You get what you pay for and be sure to check with seller before he sends out.

  Sehr freundliche und gute Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer Lieferung mit UPS - naja wenn dem Lieferdienst die Zeit oder Lust ausgeht wird einfach behauptet man hätte einen nicht angetroffen ( wenn man nicht flexibel ist bzw es sich einrichten kann öfter als einmal zuhause zu sein, sollte man an Abholstelle liefern lassen)

  This saddle is beautiful and exactly as the picture shown. The quality is really good and excellent value for money . Postage was in the time that was stated on purchase. Communication between the seller was also excellent. I would definitely recommend and buy again from them . Thankyou.

  Top Ebayer, antwortet Mega schnell. Der Versand mit UPS ist etwas umständlich und es werden nochmals Gebühren bei Lieferung verlangt. Die Fender sind perfekt gearbeitet. Selten so saubere Nähte gesehen. Eine ausgezeichnete Arbeit. Die Punzierung ist sehr schön auch auch sauber. Direkt eingebaut und getestet. Was soll ich sagen, TOP 👍
