  First package was lost by usps, but seller refunded me & even offered to try to find another listing for me as I was looking for this specific item. Then when it eventually made its way back to seller, she contacted to ask if I still wanted it & relisted it at a discount for my patience. It made its way to me the second time quickly and packaged nicely. The sweater was in perfect condition.
