Eventually it did show and was intact and looks good. It was the item I had purchased so not some other item like some had claimed they received! Packaging was ok but I would have did more on the protection. When it comes to value they were on par for that it is not raised letters but printed on or a sticker/decal of what you want.

I was informed that it turns out the reproduction '55 Florida plate is not customizable by them in an embossed form. What the picture shows is the only option. So while disappointing I cannot beat them up about it. As soon as they realized it they contacted me with apologies and canceled the order and issued a refund. Great communication, and keep supporting the Brotherhood.

Ordered on 2/10, shipping label created on 2/12 with estimated delivery by 2/19. Item was not shipped, opened "item not received" case on 2/20, seller messaged me that day and said it was shipped but a short time later said there was bad weather and asked if I still wanted my item shipped or a refund, I requested that they send item, it was sent out and I received it 3/1. Items are as pictured and I am very happy with them. Recommend.
