  I was sent the wrong item so I immediately requested a return and a refund this company declined me immediately. I only had this product for a few hours and I contact them immediately letting them know. It was the wrong item. They sent me a decline email the next day stating I could not get a refund for this purchase. This is very unprofessional and disappointing clearly this company has no respect for customers . Do not purchase from them very bad customer service

  Well, the seller definitely did send a brand new amplifier. It was the wrong amplifier, including wrong description on listing I sent communication they did not respond at all. It wasn’t for eBay stepping in this would have been risky business. Purchase with cautio

  Just received this Eq 2 days ago. So at this time I cannot tell any more about this item. Mycartoys kept me in the info status during the shipping process. Seller was great and the shipping was quick. Ebay wants feedback before I had a chance to install it Still waiting for my receiver before I complete the instillation..
