  These were purchased in a large overstock direct as stated in the description. They are new/unused as promised in the listing. If you want to take additional precautions, you can spritz 91% Isopropyl Alcohol on the product prior to use. This will disinfect. This is the way Department Stores and Makeup counters have tested and sampled beauty items for years. It's also a great option after cleaning makeup brushes.   Even though it came with no box, you could tell it had never been used. I have looked everywhere for this discontinued Almay eyeliner and was so glad that this seller had it. Shipping was super fast!

  I was expecting a tall bottle of capsules but instead the came in two different size containers. It was the same amount as the tall container so that was totally fine. Product was legit. I'm very happy with my purchase. I would buy from this seller again.
