  I ordered a Red Dwarf series 1-12 boxset. This is how the item was described in the sellers description. I paid £85 for this, it seemed like a good price. What I recieved was a series 1-8 boxset and some seperate dvd's. This came directly from Amazon at a cost of £50. I contacted the seller, they offered me £2.50 as a partial refund. This seems to me like a scam. It's not right what they're doing.

  We have sent out exactly what is shown on the image of the listing as there is no actual boxset of all the DVDs listed by the studio. We go to lengths to make the collections and our suppliers are the distributors who provide products to us as well as other companies such as Amazon, HMV etc. We have approved the return as soon as requested, but this client wanted to keep the items by threatening us.
