  I bought this organizer and just received just the inserts. You posted the item with the case and to me that is false advertising. If all you were selling was just the inserts you should have just posted a picture of the inserts. I am reporting this to Paypal and Ebay as a misleading sale. I asked for a refund. I was told a return label, would sente to me once return was received, I will get a refund less the shipping. Return label never happened.
