  Everything went better than expected: the instrument was exactly as described and it basically arrived a month before. The seller answered all my questions quickly and everything went smoothly. The only negative thing (I speak for Italian customers) is that I had to pay a further 60 euros for customs clearance, which I didn’t expect because I thought that all shipment expenses were included in the final price: just make sure to check it if you don’t want an extra payment at the delivery.

  High quality patches, and exactly as described. In fact, the patches are bigger than I expected. High quality embroidery, with secure stitching. I appreciate that the seller fulfilled my request to include extra information on shipping label. Thank you for that. Shipping was adequately fast, and the packaging secure.   Item arrived as advertised (new) and is very neatly constructed It appears sturdy with good zippers and straps. It arrived in Canada far earlier than expected, which was a bonus When I'd reached out to the seller with a question, they replied very quickly. As a Canadian, the exchange fee on U.S. currency is high, and there was a small Customs Fee to be paid. However, I'm very happy that I finally now have a good case for my beautiful instrument!

  Seller was really helpful and quick to respond. The bass arrived as described carefully wrapped up, it will need a little bit of work to get it playing as it should but for the money I couldn’t be happier. I wasn’t expecting it for weeks but arrived from the Ukraine before the strings I ordered from the U.K! 10/10
