  Even though the US post office confused my order with another customers order, the seller, who is in the Netherlands, went out of his way to help fix our issue and stayed in contact with me and the other customer until the situation was resolved. The seller also graciously covered our extra postage costs we incurred. I intend to order more albums from this seller in the future.
