  Never received despite other 2nd class postage items ordered after these had been marked sent had arrived, (did have a message from postman that a letter had underpaid postage which had to be paid before delivery - I didn't pay). No response from seller so not received claim made with eBay who issued refund. Only thing that hasn't arrived that I've expected were these.
