  Just what was described. Now fitted and looking good - and helping keep my arm from being burnt! This item was reported as failing to arrive a week after its last due date; e-bay quickly put through a refund, and then - within 48 hours of reported absence - item arrived through the letterbox. If refund was supplier's generosity because of previous absence, thank you - but if delay was simply Royal Mail's fault, please feel free to take my £3.63p back again! All now well!

  Great attentive service from seller. Kept informed every step of the way. Product arrived VERY quickly. Great logistics. My only criticism is that I wish it had labelling on both smflsnkd of the plastic jug. Its too easy to mix it up with my jugs of white vinegar, as it is also in a white jug, but thelis de-ionised water has a label only on the one side. But otherwise, a great seller!

  Item was both packaged and received damaged (broken). A partial refund of £1 was offered by the seller. This was refused and the seller has not communicated since. The choice is yours, but I will not be any further business with this seller.

  Sent wrong item. Admitted it, but asked me to accept it anyway. Slow to communicate, but Ebay intervened and they refunded, but two weeks after purchase. Terrible service and highly NOT recommended.
