  It took the seller 8 days after the initial order to let me know that they are not able to ship the item. They said that the refund will be given within 5 business days. It has been over 10 business days and no refund. I have tried to contact the seller who keeps ignoring my messages. The only thing left to do is to escalate this matter with eBay.
