Everything was well packaged, shipped quickly, and worked flawlessly right out of the box. Communication was friendly and helpful throughout.   Item received quickly (considering it came all the way from Japan), was packaged really well, & was in good condition as described. Happy with the purchase, & would purchase from seller again. Shipping cost was a great value & cheaper than a lot of sellers charge for a regular mailer envelope.

  Item arrived well packaged. The item arived late because of the international shipping but is not the seller fault. The item was marked as new but as soon as i bought they mesage me to inform me that the product was actually used and offer me a refound if i wasn't ok whith the condition. Very professional and kind. Would recomend.

  Item arrived as described well packaged. Quick delivery, but Canada post was poor with the delivery. Item was slated to arrive on Jan 27 but did not receive until Feb 11. This problem has nothing to do with the seller. Would gladly buy more items in the future. Can not go wrong with this seller

  I ordered one it ended up being broken but there amazing customer service and speeds in which they responded proved perfect they sent me a replacement unit within the week works perfectly fine could not recommend these guys more easily the best customer service I’ve had the pleasure of working with also keep in mind if you do order the charger it comes as a Japanese wall plug so make sure you have an adapter and product is good value for money and looks brand new very little scratches.
