This item should be shipped in a box, not a soft plastic envelope. The item is soft rubber and deformed slightly during shipping. A soak in hot water allowed me to fix the deformity. But this should not have happened in the first place.

UPS didnt scan item till 4 days after label was printed. Was to get here 5th to the 7th. Scanned on 6th first time, Got it the 9th so although confusing... would buy from again.
