  I recently received my placemats, and I am extremely disappointed with what I received. They are nothing more than flimsy laminated pieces of card, completely unlike the pictures advertised. The quality is abysmal. Offering a 20% refund is laughable given how terrible the product is. I am utterly disgusted and urge others not to waste their money or time on these placemats. I would advise against purchasing from this company.
