  Out of the seller's control, customs mixed up my parcel with another parcel and mislabeled it as my parcel so I didn't receive the correct item but the seller was very prompt to communicate with me and ebay and ebay was prompt to refund. Thank-you!

  Item arrived broken. Seller to full advantage of me saying I’ll try to fix. Seller gave long excuse why they won’t refund anything until USPS contacts me? USPS never did and won’t. They said they even insured the package which means they will get all their money back. I sent the pictures she needed of the broken item. She doesn’t respond anymore so I would guess they are going to keep all the money, $200.00 and I am out $200 with a broken figurine. Not a good or honest seller. Karma

  What buyer did not admit was the fact they refused to take item along with packaging to any USPS office as they requested for inspection in order for USPS insurance to pay after a claim was filed. This policy is easily verified by visiting the USPS website and reading about filing a claim for damaged items.

  The packing of this was immaculate 10/10. The postman could have kicked my package like a football and not one of the items would have broken. There's enough packing material to for 5+ shipments. 100% worth the shipping cost. I fully appreciated the effort. Happy with my product, is as described.

  Seller did respond quickly and offered a return. I got such a low price and could not find out if the shipping was going to be returned or not and where I live they will not come and pick items up, (not the seller fault) so I just took the loss on an item that was sold as and listed in details as the wrong item, inches and ounce. I wish sellers were not allowed to copy and paste from other descriptions and then this would not happen.
