  I rate this seller as Five-stars. I was extremely impressed with the communication regarding shipping and also that the seller informed me that he forgot to include one plate block in the shipping but would send it in another mailing. Both were received and were well packaged and the mailing envelope contained older stamps which was neat. The stamps were as described and a good value as well.

  Initially attracted to this seller by exceptional values offered. Positive experience with this seller goes way beyond that. Communication and accommodations were far more than might be expected. Items were accurately described and in sufficient detail. Shipping was extremely prompt; much faster than most. Items were properly, appropriately & very well packaged.   It's almost boring, once again another flawless purchase from this 5 star seller (oughta be 10 or 20 stars). Mailed with multiple cardboard stiffeners so no bending or folding by USPS dummies allowed and received in excellent condition, as pictured and described. I also love that he always uses REAL older denominated stamps for the postage.
