  This lighter has exceptional build quality. Initially I had a problem because the parcel tracker said my item was dilivered but it wasn't. Mr White Lighters was extremely helpful and sent a replacement lighter. I highly recomend Mr White Lighters and look forward to purchasing from him again. After a replacement was sent I notified him that my lighter had finally arrived.. He replied that I could have the 2nd lighter for free. Build quality and service are exceptional. Shipping wasn't his fault

  I had a great experience with Mr. White. I had some extra requests and questions that he answered quickly and with a very pleasant demeanor. The lighters I got are extremely high quality, and he even included a free lighter for a shipping delay. The lighters arrived in good condition, and had no flaws.   While the item did not arrive, the seller quickly refunded my money. I did appreciate that but it’s still a shame because I would have liked to have gotten the item. The seller was very helpful and communicative.
