They emailed me back and all they said was “it was perfect when it was shipped.” Not a very helpful response. The part was shipped in a USPS priority envelope with a small piece of packing paper wrapped around it. The packaging was insufficient. It was probably damaged in shipment. But they never acknowledged that nor tried to make it right.
