  6 days from order to my front door. Well packed with kit box wrapped in paper and another cardboard box built around it. Shipping cost appropriate for size and weight. It is new in that nothing was glued together, and it all seems to be there. However, the die-cut parts were horridly punched out with torn edges on the balsa, a truly new kit would have allowed me to separate the parts myself with more care and much better edges. So, it is new with one caveat! Good value, great eBay!
