  The seller has shipped the item (a presumably custom-engraved Zippo ligher) with absolutely no engravings. The seller received from me photos of the item with no engravings on it. The seller failed to respond for about 36 hours. Then, the seller eventually responded claiming that the engraving should've been underneath the manufacturer made and factory applied sticker label. There is no engraving there, obviously. The seller received the photo evidence of that, too. The seller like that one has
