  Anyone looking for replacement parts? Don‘t hesitate and contact this store! The whole buying experience is praiseworthy. You need to contact them first before you buy, Mr.Bao will send you pictures as confirmation before shipment and let you know the tracking as soon as he got it. Fast response, very friendly.   The Gundam part came in a baggie , in a tin, inside a box. Great packaging! Seller double checked with us to make sure we had the correct Gundam part, verified correct address too for customs. Very communicative! If you accidentally break a part on a Gunpla kit buy from this shop! Highly recommend!

  The communication from the seller was phenomenal! Also the shipping was absolutely perfect. Buying a small piece of plastic, you want secure shipping. It was mailed in a metal container, it looked pristine. I would recommend this seller a 100 times over.

  Seller was very communicative during the ordering process. Showed me photos of which pieces were clipped (nubs included in the clippings to help reduce stress marks). One of the parts in the photos was the wrong one, so I mentioned. Seller corrected and confirmed before shipping. Shipping took a bit, but it was OK. Beats buying the whole kit again. Bundled discount for multiple parts ordered was helpful and appreciated. Parts arrived, quality was good. Looks great, Gundam is whole again.
