  The only thing I like better than a perfect transaction is one where something goes wrong and is immediately corrected. Makes me confident about the seller. They sent the incorrect item by accident (they look very similar) and I had the correct item within a couple days. They didn’t even ask me to return the incorrect item. It’s a small point but I also appreciate that the seller didn’t package it to death. An appropriate amount of packing paper was included and nothing more.

  The book was packaged very well and clearly with care, the shipping was fast, it was in wonderful condition, and delivered as described in its listing.
