  Although we weren't able to actually get our item because USPS lost it, the seller was always in touch with us and tried their best to locate our package. In the end, they provided a refund once it was pretty obvious the package was missing. I would still do business with this seller again due to their honesty and communication.

  Buying parts like an ssd on Ebay is always hit or miss but I am happy to report that this product is in perfect condition. The packaging was beautifully done in a way that would prevent damage in transport. It also came very fast. The seller shipped it out only hours after I purchased. Super happy. Perfect seller.   Amazing packaging and it shipped asap! The part was cleaned of dust but not thermal paste but that is as described so no biggie. Very fairly priced as well. My new parts seller for windows :)
