  This seller I consider to be top rated, I miss identified my mower and ordered the wrong belt, I asked for a return and reordered the correct belt. Without hesitation or quibble, on the same day my return was authorised and free return label e-mailed, plus refund provisionally approved. Furthermore, my replacement belt was received PDQ (pretty d*m quick). Very impressive customer focused professional seller.

  The drive belt arrived 2 days early, very good. Royal mail though, are rubbish. I still haven't been told by them that the parcel is delivered. No contact what so ever,4 days after the parcel arrived. Appart from this, the seller was very helpful, and the service bang on.

  We ordered 2 mowerbelts unfortunately they were the wrong size. We contacted the seller and the service for returning & replacement of different belts was 1st class. Communication throughout from Rob was extremely helpful & the new belts were sent out & we received them the following day. Would highly recommend using this company and a big shout out to Rob - thank you.

  Initial part was incorrect but very good comms got this resolved and the correct part was sent express without having to return the initial part. Very satisfied..mistakes happen, it's how they are handled that sorts out the good and bad suppliers.
