  I don’t know where to start with this feedback. I am so impressed with the buying experience from start to finish. I ordered this jacket in xl & almost immediately got a message asking me to send my measurements as they told me they’d make it at no extra charge! My communication was answered fully by them straight away. My perfect leather jacket has just arrived. I tracked it from start to finish. It fits like a dream too of course. I recommend this company 100% and would buy from them again

  Had to send original size jeans back due to being too small. However supplier communication was brilliant and replacement pair received after Royal mail issue. Recommend seller as they worked to get issues sorted. Great Ebayer 5 stars

  Item arrived marked as size ordered. But was found to be at least 4 sizes smaller than High street sizes. Items returned to seller who carried out refund with no issues.

  Jacket was well packaged and arrived very promptly. Unfortunately the jacket was too tight, even though I ordered two sizes larger than my usual size. The seller responded quickly to my request to return and refunded me swiftly.

  These felt quite small in comparison to other brands so I returned them. The product itself was good, well packaged, delivered on time etc. The customer service dept was helpful and quick to respond.
