Thanks to FedEx they damaged the box and it slightly damaged the item itself but overall it’s in new condition just as stated in the description. I was not impressed with the service they provided; I signed up for text updates and did not receive any updates whatsoever. The seller was very helpful and refunded my money without any delays. This transaction was a failure for me as the buyer and for the seller because the lack of service provided by Amazon. I would buy from this seller again provided they did not use Amazon as the shipping agency.
