  I am highly impressed with this seller. The rack was in better condition as described and was pictured. The seller was very courteous in messages and responded promptly to any questions. The rack was well packed and promptly shipped from Germany with tracking every step of the way. I am quite happy with the price, as I could not locate another rack in good condition in Australia. Very happy and I will use this seller for other components. Thank you

  well packaged in a box, postage from e u @ £16 , almost as described , damage to the bottom was not shown or described , photos were requested on contact seller none were sent or shown, over priced considering damage, worth 2/3 of cost charged.. (computer does not support my phone connection for photos)

  It would be difficult to find fault with this Company. There communication and patience were excellent. This enabled me to discuss my issue at length The sending of photographs, and finally included a refund. The packaging from Germany was of a high quality. The postage was reasonable. The description failed to mention the damage but due to the scarcity of the air box it still represented good value. I would have no hesitation ii recommending this seller
