  I ordered this ultrasonic cleaner as it had positive reviews and was good value. It is as described and well packaged. Unfortunately due to Royal Mails incompetence it was stuck in some depot somewhere and was 12 days late by which time the seller had refunded me. I do not blame the seller who was great to communicate with. I look forward to cleaning everything from jewellery to small automotive parts.

  the seller has no problem other than they need to change their courier as he has no regard for security, dumping the item on my step. I called the person "he" as I did speak to the person today and pointed out the real safe place and to ring the door bell. The product is great, the service other than the delivery person was good and quick, all in all a decent experience.
