  Seller did not respond to my multiple messages on eta of item. Since there was no responses from the seller after the shipping arrival date past, EBay stepped in to refund my purchase.

  Hello, I am not sure why you did not get any of our messages. We messaged you and cancelled the order which should have triggered the refund. This is not the normal way we operate, so I am not sure what happened. I am glad you were able to get it resolved with ebay.
