  The first tub I ordered came cracked (shipper issue) and I contacted the seller for a replacement option. They quickly sent out a replacement and it came with no issues. It's better quality than what we had in our camper to begin with, the price was better (I was quoted $600 for parts only from 2 different supply stores). Super great!
