  The bracelet looked BRAND NEW, even tho the seller's post said it was used. I overestimated the size that I needed and asked if I could exchange it for the next size down and the seller was so gracious! Communication with this seller is EXCELLENT! My exchanged size is on its way along with a return label for the incorrect size. Will definitely buy from this seller again!
