  Took about 2 weeks to arrive. Even though it came in a sealed wrap. Printer reported wrong head installed. Plus, why would there be ink on a new printhead? Seller did reply but nothing from him after that. I'll pass next time.

  Item was junk, did not work in my IP7220 Canon Printer like they said it would. Received item 2.5 weeks after I ordered it, asked for a return, Never heard anything back from seller, had to contact eBay. I finally got a return shipping label, sent item back, still never heard anything from seller, no refund or anything, I had to contact eBay once again, and eBay finally closed the return and issued me a refund. I would not do business again with.
