  In the description, the item was described as being an "open box" item, which, according to Ebay, should be "in excellent, new condition with no wear". However, the item arrived scratched on every corners, and even had some scratches on the screen. To be fair, the seller responded well and offered a refund and I returned it, but I still had to go through the trouble because the item wasn't described properly. The insulting part is that they told me they inspect every item before shipping.

We acted quickly to resolve the issue with a full refund. While we regret the inconvenience and take your concerns seriously, we always strive to provide honest service and feel this feedback is a bit unfair.
