  Very supportive and great communication skills. The reason there was a delay in receiving this item, was not to do with Monsoon, but the delivery company. They lost the goods in transit. Unfortunately the delivery company reported having delivered the goods, which was not the case. As a result I contacted the seller, they were quick to establish the facts. Communicated the situation clearly to me. I received a replacement.

  Really helpful I ordered the wrong size I emailed them & amended the order & sent the correct one which arrived a day earlier too

  Quick delivery, right product, a bit of misunderstanding the seller asking me why I didn't pay VAT, but that is outside my domain as I have no control over invoicing. Turns out orders placed for outside the Uk don't have to pay VAT (good!). I can't wait to have this product installed!! Thank you 👍
