  Seller was very upfront and honest. The description didn't 100% match the item (lack of a box) but I was informed before it shipped incase I wanted a refund. They offered a partial refund, and a generous one I'd say, for the item not matching the description. I appreciate the sellers communication, honesty, and for a generous partial refund to compensate.

  The seller was very attentive and provided me with a tracking number very quickly. The figure itself was packaged very neatly and securely, and, for me, much less costly than importing directly from an official source. Item was as described; boxed, in pristine condition. The loporrit itself is surprisingly sturdy and large! I was expecting something much smaller for some reason. Anyway, it's my new best friend and I love it.

  Despite incomplete paperwork for clearing customs, heh, mistakes happen, Zhou Yu took it in stride as a vacation and stayed put until we were finally able to get FedEx to do their part by confirming I replied with the requested forms via email. All in all, it did arrive sooner than expected and I was able to be home when it arrived. Item was as described and in better condition than expected. Lovely addition to my Ringdoll collection. Rating all 5 stars. A pleasure doing business with you!

  The figure was exactly as described, well-secured, & received without any problems. The seller took care to also use bubble wrap around the boxed package of the figure to prevent damage. Great communication and I'm very happy with my purchase. Great seller and I highly recommended them!

  The package came as described, used, with only mild damage to the box, likely due to the long, international travel and not the seller. No damage to the figure, it came in all the original packaging! I'm very happy with this purchase, it shipped promptly and arrived within a few days of my order. Very nice seller!

  arrived much sooner than originally anticipated, in practically perfect conditions! the packaging was really well done and it got to me safely (: all pieces were there and fully intact (as described), no problems whatsoever. the box has the slightest dent in it but that's to be expected with used products. fair pricing for both the product and shipping too. all in all, i heavily recommend buying from this seller!
