My item was just as described and they took the time to make sure I didn’t cut the product’s box with scissors when I opened the shipping box by putting cardboard inserts around the item’s box.   The order was acknowledged and confirmed immediately. I was also given a tracking number and notified when it shipped. Tracking data dropped off after only a few days. This alarmed me. In the end, however, the package arrived earlier than the expected date. This transaction was perfect. The doll was exactly as described and the photo was accurate The shipping was super fast.. I will be ordering more from this seller as soon as WWIII is over. Lol.
