  I was shipped the wrong color item than advertised in the posting. Packaging was awful, in a box completely falling apart. When asking for an exchange seller stopped responding. Eventually just requested a refund and still no response. Very bad experience.

  I cannot rate the item because it has yet to be shipped to me. I messaged the seller twice (after 10 days of waiting) the second time to cancel the order. I have not heard a word from them. I will be filing a claim with EBay’s Money Back guarantee.

  The purchase was expected to arrive between May 7-14. It never arrived and I had very little response from the seller. I would never recommend this seller to anyone. They should be banned from Ebay.

  Seller said item was new, unopened -- box was thrashed, had been opened and paperwork inside had handwritten notes on it. Definitely NOT new, definitely NOT unopened. Seller offered no explanation or customer service.
