  The brochures were sent quickly, and they arrived in good shape. They were bent in shipping, and I wish that a stiffener was put in the envelope to protect them during transit. Thank you for working with me on the price. Know that they went to a good home and will be appreciated. Hopefully I can purchase more items from you in the near future.

  Please look at this Sellers feedback closely before bidding on any item! Chances are they don't even have it and if they do they're not going to mail it to you. They also do not respond nor communicate with through ebay at all either. I was fair and asked if the item ever actually left its destination and if there was a problem but never heard back. So I waited the 30 days and let Ebay handle my refund. So unless you have that kind of time to waste I would strongly advise avoiding this Seller!

  This seller is either A CROOK or DEAD! She has not sent my item ordered and paid for on March 3, much less responded to my e-mails asking for an explanation. And EBAY is absolutely USELESS in trying to get a refund. THIS GIVES EBAY A BAD NAME!!

  There was a mix up with my order and I didn't get it until late, but the seller more than made up for it. He was very responsive and kind. Book was exactly as described and packaged well. I would buy from this seller again. A+

  Item never shipped. No communication from seller after almost 3 weeks after purchase and multiple messages to seller. eBay had to step in to provide refund and cancel transaction.
