  Through no falt of this seller, I did not receive the item. It was intrusted to FedEx who delivered it to the wrong address with photo. Not my residence. When contacted FedEx was no help at all. I never purchase again from an eBay seller that uses FedEx.

  Seller has made it right, sent another item. Didn't have to do that, FedX made the error. Thanks very much.

  Quality product and great value. Packed well for shipping and shipped very fast. Not the snazziest looking label but probably why it’s low priced. Excellent seller. I have ordered several items from this honest company!

  After tracking number provide was delivered not to me or to my address. I contacted UPS and found out it came from Amazon. I contacted Amazon and found out that the package was a 25 pound sack of dog (not what was ordered) and not associated with me or my address. Contacted seller and their reply was the package was lost by UPS and they would refund my money. This was a waste of my time. This seller is dishonest and buyer beware.

  Fine seller: lightning fast shipping, post office lost package although they claim it was delivered, but not the seller's fault. A claim with USPS has been filed. I would purchase from this seller again.
