  The camera was packed very well, shipped quickly and arrived safely. A few days later I found a small, hard-to-notice issue with the camera and contacted the seller.   Shipped very well and very easy to unpack. No knife or scissors needed to cut the tape. Described pretty much correctly. The grip was sticky when I got it but the seller gave me some advise on how to remove it
