  I bought a Eddie Bauer travel back that stated that it was a 32 inch. However, I only received a 21 inch. I have sent this seller several messages without a response. I would never buy anything from this seller again. Can't be trusted!

  My experience with the seller was excellent! But the delivery experience with USPS was horrible and unacceptable! The package arrived crushed, like it had been purposely abused (it wasn't identified with FRAGILE stickers). I opened the box expecting the scanner to be completely broken. The Styrofoam was broken into numerous pieces I removed and inspected the scanner. Surprisingly it was not damaged. I tested the scanner and luckily it works. SELLER GREAT, USPS SUCKS! (and shipping was $29.99!)
