  I purchased this item and wish I could’ve actually received it to properly review it; however, the item I purchased was never shipped despite the seller providing a tracking number. Additionally, the seller does not timely respond to any inquiries and stopped responding at all to those pertaining to the shipment of the item I already purchased. Therefore, I have no choice but to seek a refund and caution those considering purchasing from this vendor but hope if do, they have better luck.

  The watch is gorgeous! And now it is unique with the laser engraving. The seller walked me through and answered my questions. Shipping was very fast. The box also looked great.

  Arrived within a week and was nicely shipped. Came in a custom hard snap shut box very solid. Had tags and paperwork/warranty card plus screwdriver. Watch itself is amazing actually stunning truly well made. Also ordered a signature series off Modlab's website and and their customer service is fantastic as well. Great prices for custom Casioaks with such detail. Very happy with both!
