  After posting my initial review above, the seller refused to provide me with the shipping label eBay stated they should provide to process a refund. The seller continued to decline my requests to provide one and process the return. The seller rude and uncooperative to his own policies, and eBay’s. Original: This item was not as described. The lettering was unnatural and off centered. The sleeves appeared indigo rather than a royal blue as advertised. Sizing was smaller than advertised.
