The cuffs are not worn out like so many I see on eBay. I thank you for the quality item. Packed in a double plastic bag to survive the trip. Description matched the item. And I got the feeling with the 'best offer' deal that the seller was NOT trying to edge on the buyers for the very last penny possible (as some annoyingly do). I really appreciated that.
