FYI future buyers: this item (used PC) came with Win10 as stated, and a single local administrator "user" already set up with no password required, so I did not have to worry about reinstalling the software. Your results may vary depending on the desription of your item, but I had no issues with this item. In other words: MobilePCFix is a GOOD used PC seller, THANKS AGAIN!!
